Sean personally led the launch of 5 new digital strategies for Land Securities. Sean worked with the Development Executive Board to define a strategy “To create the UK’s most digitally-enabled mall”. The company’s first app, first consumer database, a new responsive website designed with the mobile customer in mind, a digital screen network for retailer and centre marketing plus innovative social media platforms were combined to create a seamless experience for consumers, retailers and centres alike. All elements of the project had to simultaneously open in line with the launch of Trinity Leeds. Results included;
