The ICSC Retail Strategy & Trends Forum will see Asset Managers from Europe's leading landlords hear about the changing retail landscape and the challenges that retailers and landlords face due to evolving consumer habits, new technologies and new retail formats.
Sean will be speaking on changing consumer behaviour and the the Impact on retail and leisure destinations. "With the rise of the Millennial & all Baby Boomers over 50, shopper behaviour has never been so polarised in retail & leisure. I will be focussing on the key issues facing destinations today and tomorrow " said Sean ahead of the conference.
Sean has held top retail marketing roles in a number of blue chip companies including Land Securities, Marks & Spencer, and Westfield.
At Land Securities, Sean was responsible for Digital, Brand Partnerships and Development Marketing across the UK, including the consumer launch of Trinity Leeds, one of the UK's largest retail and leisure destinations. The marketing strategy resulted in the launch trending 8th worldwide on twitter and the location being voted one of the country's top 200 coolest consumer brands.
In September 2015 he formed Velocity Marketing Consultancy and now works with leading retail and leisure destinations on their marketing and digital strategies.
